  • Communicate with you (service announcements, event reminders, and marketing only with your consent)

3. How We Share Your Information

3.1 With Other Members

Your profile information is visible to other members according to your privacy settings. When you RSVP to an event, your basic profile information and RSVP status are visible to the event host and other attendees.

We never share with other members: your email address, exact physical address, precise location, date of birth (only age range may appear), password, or payment information.

3.2 With Service Providers

We share data with trusted vendors who help us operate the Platform (cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics). All such providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

3.3 For Legal Reasons

We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful government requests, protect our rights or safety, investigate Terms violations, or in connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or sale of assets).

  • Upon account deletion: profile data is removed within 30 days; messages you sent remain visible to recipients (shown as "Deleted User"); legal or safety records may be kept up to 7 years

European Economic Area residents have additional GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection).

To exercise any rights, contact us at [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures including:

  • TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 at rest

Our servers are in the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the U.S., your data is transferred to and processed in the U.S.

9. Cookies Policy

Essential cookies enable core functionality. Analytics cookies (with consent) help us improve the Platform. You may control cookies through your browser or our preference center.
